About

With more than 15 years experience in fitness and sports as an administrator, personal trainer, coach, and athlete, Louis Moore is recognized as a leading authority on fitness. Moore has designed and led fitness programs for youth, adults, seniors, persons with disabilities, and now specializes in women’s fitness.
He holds a M.S. in Physical Education and a B.S. in Recreation and Park Management from Old Dominion University. He has several specialty certifications including certified personal trainer by the National Exercise Sports Trainers Association (NESTA) and the International Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA), certified water fitness instructor by the Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA) and NESTA, certified senior fitness specialist with IFPA, certified professional sports manager with the Texas Amateur Athletic Federation (TAAF), certified youth sports administrator with the National Alliance for Youth Sports (NAYS) and certified park and recreation professional with the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA).
Moore’s personal training philosophy is to educate and empower each client to become THEIR OWN best personal trainer.
Moore’s favorite leisure activities include fitness, sports, reading, progressive rock music, photography, surfing, traveling, and speaking Spanish. He lives in Sugar Land, TX with his wife, Cida, and three children, Alicia, Marcos and Gabriel.
